Ordering

How do I place a custom order?

You can use our "Personalise It" design tool to customise a product online, or contact us directly with your requirements. We'll provide a mockup for approval before production begins.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

No! We happily accept single-item orders. However, bulk orders (10+ items) qualify for discounted pricing.

Can I see a proof before production?

Absolutely. We provide a digital mockup for every order. Production only begins once you approve the design.

What file formats do you accept for artwork?

We accept PNG, SVG, PDF, AI and EPS files. For best results, provide vector files (SVG, AI, EPS) or high-resolution images (300 DPI minimum).

Products & Services

What products can you customise?

We customise t-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, caps, tote bags, mugs, glass cans, tumblers, aprons, pillowcases and more. If you don't see what you need, ask — we can likely source it.

What's the difference between printing and embroidery?

Printing applies designs using ink or heat transfer — ideal for full-colour images and photographs. Embroidery stitches the design directly into fabric — perfect for logos, text and a premium, textured finish.

Do you offer graphic design services?

Yes. Our in-house designers can create logos, refine artwork, or vectorise hand-drawn designs. Design services are included for bulk orders or available separately.

Shipping & Delivery

How long does production take?

Standard production takes 3–5 working days after artwork approval. Rush orders may be available — contact us to discuss your timeline.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes — free UK shipping on all orders over £50. Standard UK delivery is £3.99 for orders under £50.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship across Europe and Africa. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.

Returns & Issues

What's your returns policy?

Because products are custom-made, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. However, if there's a defect or error on our part, we'll reprint or refund — no questions asked.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund promptly.
